The Xiaomi Hair Clipper cannot be charged

If the Xiaomi Hair Clipper cannot be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the socket you’re using to charge the hair clipper is working properly. Try plugging in another device to confirm that power is available;
2. Check the charging port on the hair clipper for any debris or dust. Clean the port carefully using a small, soft brush to ensure a proper connection;
3. Make sure the charging cable is securely plugged into both the hair clipper and the socket. Sometimes, a loose connection can prevent charging;
4. Please use a 5V/1A charger to connect the type-c charging cable to charge the hair clipper, and confirm whether the indicator light flashes in white;
5. Check the clipper for any physical damage that is preventing it from charging properly.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
