If the charger (original power adapter and data cable) is plugged in, and the phone is hot without any operation, it is recommended that the user unplug the charger, take the mobile phone, the original power adapter and the original data cable to an authorized after-sells center for testing;
Generally, the mobile phone cannot be charged in the following scenarios:
1. Using abnormal environment:
If the mobile phone is in an extreme environment (such as when the ambient temperature is too low), the mobile phone may not be able to be charged or turned on normally. It is recommended to move the mobile phone to a normal temperature environment and use the original adapter and data cable for charging.
If the phone automatically shuts down due to low battery, it may not be able to turn on and the LED light flashes when the charger is just plugged in. It is recommended to try turning it on again after 15-30 minutes of charging.
2. The adapter is abnormal or has poor contact:
