A: Segway mini PLUS cannot turn on or riding when charging; That will cause charger and body damaged.

A：Segway mini PLUS use Li-ion battery; the nominal power of charger is 120W and cost 4-6hours to charging from 0% to100%，the lifttime of battery remain above 60% after charging 500times.Please avoid using it at -10℃ below or above 50℃ and -20℃ below or above 50℃ for storage. Please charging battery full if do not use over 30days and store in a cool dry place. The battery’s lift span will be extended that charging every 90days，you can use more than 2 years even if ride 30km.
A：Battery can not be disassembled by privately or it is out of warranty. The interior circuit will beexposed and there is high voltage in it because of disassembly. You will be encounter electric shock or due to the interior circuit damaged.

A：When the vehicle forerake or backward automatically when get off the Plus that can try to connect with APP and make sure the Reset to Default Balancing Point (-0.8).

A：Segway mini PLUS can lock by APP， the unit will shake and alarm if someone attempt to move or ride it. The function of lock can not be a real security in consideration of the unit is small and easy to lift up. Segway mini PLUS have no function of GPS that can not find it by GPS， it is best way to security that do not leave it my sight.
A：Ninebot APP need to update the newest firmware from web sever when updating. But it may failed to update it if the network of phone is not stabilize， the distance between phone and unit is far.
A：It is normal .The firmware add backward alarm and brake light showing that avoid the rider use it on opposite side; because it is easy to falling down that the direction of turning is opposite to the normal one.
A：Yes， the output battery power output is 100% at 25℃，but that will descend to 80% when the temperature is 0℃. So slow down the speed and do not accelerate to keep safety.
A:The unit will turn to assistance mode when the people jump off that the motor can not stop immediately or it can not push or remote control it. Of course， the speed of assistance mode is lower than riding mode that will slowly stop for a moment(expect for down hill path )
A：Connect charger to unit first and then charger to power supply， or the charger port have spark phenomenon when plug in.
A：In order to improve the comfort when riding at slopes， the steering bar no turning at vertical angle， or it will auto-turning.

A：Segway mini PLUS will be in uncontrolled by APP when have a phone call， it will slowly stop at flat road; it need external force to stop when at slopes. So please artificially control the unit to avoid damage at slopes when have a phone call.
Note: Please control PLUS in the place where few people， open ， flat pavement.
A：The power output of Segway mini PLUS is very large and can reach high speed. The output of power have be set very small in order to keep more safe when control it.
A：There is backward and alarm that the unit reach max speed or over max speed and reach the limit speed. It is normal design that keep rider safe and just slow down when it happen.
A：
1)It is a protection mechanism by titled slowly to avoid speed to reach the max that cause danger because over speed. The unit will title if the speed reach or over 18km/h.
2)Make sure the unit have been activated by APP， if not the vehicle will happen “didi” sound when step on it that will title even if at low speed.
3)Please make sure the speed limit have been setted if title at low speed， see the logo of speed limit is light or not on the dash board.
4)Please check the power level if all above solution can not resolve it， it is normal if the power levelunder 30% that will happen title phenomenon.
5)It could be attitude sensor issues if all above attempts failed， pls try to click “Attitude sensor ”from “Setting” to calibration.
