How to do if the laser sensor failed of Mi Robot Vacuum?

Mi Robot Vacuum laser sensor failure can lead that robot can't scan the environment, can't map,

1. check whether have something plugged up laser sensor first, try to use pen or chopsticks to touch laser sensor, if can't touch, there may be a foreign bodies on the edge of laser sensor, but trying to clear, it's unable to clean or unable to dial.

2.It is suggested to contact with after sales.

Be careful not to directly touch the sharp object inside the laser sensor to avoid damaging the laser head.
