What to do if there is no sound on the phone when using headphones

Solutions:
The phone is silent when using the headset or does not respond when the headset is inserted, it can be solved in the following way.
1. Check whether the headset used is in line with the phone headset interface standards.
2. Check whether the headset itself has problems, it is recommended to replace other devices to confirm whether they can be used.
3. Enter the hardware detection mode of phone (enter *#*#64663#*#* in the dialing interface) and click "headset detection".
4. It is suggested to backup the phone data, restore the factory settings, and then see if the problem is solved.
