What to do if phone can not receive Mi Home App notification?

Explanation:
If the Mi Home App fails to receive notification ,it can be checked according to the following ideas:
Create a timed notification sending scenario and test whether the scenario notification can be received.
If the notification still can not be received, it is suggested to check according to the following ways:
1. Check whether the network is normal, and check whether other notifications are accepted under the network. If the VPN is opened, close the VPN and try again.
2. Enter My >> Message center (envelope logo)>> Message Settings to check whether it is in the no-disturb period
3. Confirm whether the notification permission of MI Home App is disabled on the mobile terminal. For example: notice management.
4. Lock the MI Home App task in the background and set the scene again.
5. Uninstall MI Home and try again.
6. Log into the same account on other mobile phones and check whether relevant notifications are received.
If the mobile phone can receive the notification about the creation of the scenario, it needs to further confirm what type of notification has not received, whether the relevant scenario is valid, etc.
If the scenario is in effect, check the execution of the scenario successfully in the intelligent >> log.
If the set function notification is not received (e.g., MI Home Security camera alarm notification), it is suggested to try to restart the alarm switch and try again.
