Solutions:

2. Ignore (don't save) the network and reconnect.
3. Upgrade to the latest version of the system.
4. If other devices work normally in this WiFi environment, it is suggested to disconnect the device and reconnect it to see if it can be used normally.
5. If it is for the company's network, it is suggested to contact the company's network management to check or assign static IP solution.
6. It is recommended to update the router firmware to try to fix it.
