Solutions:
1. DHCP Internet access mode is the default of mobile phone. If the Internet access mode is not modified, DHCP service should be enabled by the router.
2. If other devices normally connected to WiFi, it is suggested to disconnect the wireless connection and reconnect; if other wireless devices are normally connected. If other wireless devices can not be connected, it is recommended to reset the router.
3. If other devices can connect to WiFi normally, check whether third-party security software is installed in the phone, and try after uninstalling and restarting.
4. Enter the Settings>>Connection & sharing>>Reset WiFi,mobile & Bluetooth. Select the Reset settings at the bottom.Then restart the phone and try to reconnect.
5. It is suggested to restore factory Settings after the backup of data, and try to connect again after upgrading to the latest system version.
