How to do if Mi Band has recorded heart rate data, but no sleep data?

Solution:
[Mi Smart Band 2/3/4/5] If there is no sleep record at night, please use the following methods to check:
1. Make sure the band has enough power, check the APP and band firmware versions are updated to the latest;
2. Check whether the band has turned off the heart rate detection, and change the heart rate detection mode to automatic heart rate + assisted sleep to try;
3. Confirm the sleep time: ensure that the sleep time is between 18:00 and 11:00 the next day, and stored in the sleep behavior (sleep/fall asleep/wake up) between 0:00 and 6:00 the next day;
4. During the sleep process, if the band is too loose, or when sleeping at night there is obvious shaking, it will lead to abnormal sleep monitoring.It is recommended to wear the band steadily while sleeping to avoid obvious shaking;
5. If the sleep time is too short, there may be no sleep record due to the poor sleep quality caused by the short sleep time;
6. Excessive number of awakenings at night, high activity, resulting in short continuous sleep time, may lead to no sleep record at night.
7. It is recommended to unbind the band with the APP in the connected state.After rebinding, wear the band correctly, turn on the assisted sleep detection and try again;
8. If there is continuous heart rate data in the APP, but the sleep cannot be recorded all the time [this phenomenon is generally related to above 5 and 6].
 
[Mi Smart Band 5] If there is no daytime sleep records, please use the following methods to check:
1. Make sure the band has enough power, check the APP and bracelet firmware versions are updated to the latest.
2. Check whether the band has turned off the heart rate detection, and change the heart rate detection mode to automatic heart rate + assisted sleep to try.
3. Sleep time is too short (less than 20 minutes), resulting in no sleep data recorded.
4. Confirm the sleep time. If the daytime sleep time is not within 11:00-18:00, it will not record sporadic naps.
5. Confirm the tightness of the band. If the band is too loose or too tight, the sleep test may fail.
6. It is suggested to unbind the bracelet with the APP in the connected state, exit the account and re-bind it to check the usage.
Note: 
If there are many activities during daytime nap and the actual sleep time is less than 20 minutes, there will be no sleep data.
