Camera freeze

1. Boot freeze:
Common problems are as follows: after opening the system camera app, the viewfinder will remain black for 3 seconds or more, and the camera screen will appear in the viewfinder after a longer wait.
In most cases, the camera app is unable to respond to the operation before the contents of the viewfinder frame appear. No matter taking photos, switching cameras or shooting modes, the response will be slow, and the operation will be responded after a period of time.
After clicking on the camera APP, the screen is always black and they wait for a long time before the camera APP interface and viewfinder screen appear.
  
2. Freeze in the use process:
Common problems are the use of the camera after it is opened, such as the slow response of the viewfinder frame when moving the mobile phone, and the serious shadow dragging;
For example, after clicking the shutter button of the camera, it takes a long time (1-3 seconds or more) to take a good picture.
Or click the camera shutter button, and the photo preview in the lower left corner keeps turning in a circle for a long time (close to or more than a second) before stopping.
 
Boot freeze troubleshooting steps:
1. First of all, make sure that the time from clicking the camera app to the picture in the viewfinder frame is about a few seconds.Since the cache space of camera app is occupied by other applications in some cases, it may be opened once in a while after not using the camera function for a long time and need to wait for about 1 second to load. Such problems are more likely to occur when the camera is opened when there are many applications in the background.If the problem only occurs occasionally and does not last more than 3 seconds.
2. It is suggested to clear all background applications and then open the camera to test whether it can be solved; If there is still a problem with clearing all the background before opening, it is suggested to restart the phone and directly open the camera to try.
3. If there is still a problem after the operation 1 and 2, it is suggested to submit feedback in the user feedback App. The module is selected as camera > and other, and then the problem encountered can be described in as much detail as possible.The engineer will gradually optimize the camera in subsequent system updates based on the user log.
4. After submitting the feedback, it is suggested to clear the camera App data to see if the problem can be solved.
 
Freeze in the use process troubleshooting method:
1. First, confirm whether the phenomenon of "jam" occurs every time, and what mode the camera is in.It should be noted that some of the camera modes (AI scene camera, HDR mode, beauty model, portrait mode, intelligent object recognition, age detection) require more computation than ordinary state, so the time required to take photos will increase to a certain extent according to the computation.In particular, HDR mode, AI scene camera and group photo are preferred due to the large amount of computation, which may cause the image processing time delay of about 1 second after clicking the shutter button.At this time, the performance demand of camera App is high, such as opening the camera when there are many applications in the background is more likely to cause such problems.If the problem only happens once in a while and doesn't last more than 3 seconds.
2. It is suggested to turn off various modes of the camera and take photos only in the normal camera state to see whether there is still a lag and high delay. It is suggested to clear all background applications and then open the camera to test whether it can be solved; If all the background applications have been cleared, then open it again, there is still a problem with taking photos in normal mode. It is suggested to restart the phone and directly open the camera.
3.
