Solutions:
Similar inability to measure anything other except body weight may be due to:
1. The age and height set in the APP are not within the range of body fat measurement:
Age range: 6 to 99 years old
Height range: 90cm~220cm
2. The metal electrode surface of the body fat scale is dirty or the soles of the feet of the current weighing are relatively dry. It is recommended to clean the metal electrode surface or soles of the body fat scale with wet towel before measuring.
3. The contact way between soles of feet and metal sheet on the scale surface is not correct, step on the metal sheet with bare feet and naturally distribute the two feet on both sides of the scale.
4. When the it is weighing, the weight shall be weighed without waiting for the body fat data to be measured. (After the weight value on the display screen flashes twice, the fat measurement process shall be entered.）
