Mi wired earphone appears call abnormal

Solutions:
1. Can't hear the other person on the phone
① Try to plug in the headset again, and check whether it is the connection of the earphone (not inserted in place);
② Check whether the phone and tablet are supported models,
③ Try to replace the phone model supported by Xiaomi headset, and check whether it is caused by the phone problem;
④ Use the mobile phone to connect the headset for recording, and check whether the recording can be made (if not, please follow step 5 for checking, and if it can record, confirm step 2 and step 3 again).
⑤ Apply for after-sales testing
2. Current or noise during the conversation
① Consult the use scenarios, and ask whether there is noise or current sound in the conversation under any circumstances (exclude the noise or current sound caused by mobile phone signal, strong magnetic interference, etc.);
② Try to unplug and plug the headset again, and check whether it is the connection of the headset (not inserted in place);
③ Check whether the phone and tablet are supported models;
④ Try to replace the phone model supported by Xiaomi headphones, and check whether it is caused by the phone problem;
⑤ Apply for after-sales testing.
3. Inconsistent sound volume between left and right earphones:
① Check whether there is any inconsistency in each call (if it occurs in a few cases, it may be caused by signal problems);
② Check whether the volume of the music is inconsistent (if there is no problem with the music, it may be caused by the mobile phone (signal light));
③ Check whether the fault is caused by the mobile phone, and suggest to replace other mobile phone/tablet/computer to try;
④ Apply for after-sales testing.
4. Silent conversation:
① Confirm whether the music has sound (if the music has sound, it needs to confirm that it may be caused by a mobile phone problem);
② Use the headset to connect to other mobile phones/computers/tablets and try (if the other mobile phones/computers/tablets try normally, it will be judged to be caused by the equipment failure);
③ Check whether there is bad contact between the headset and the mobile phone;
④ Apply for after-sales inspection.
