Mi box can’t load video when connect with USB.

Solution:
1. Confirm that the connected USB or portable hard disk can work normally;
2. Check whether the OTG data line can be used normally;
3. The OTG data line tries to connect the USB in FAT32 partition format or the mobile hard disk in NTFS partition format to check whether it is normal;
4. After connecting the USB or removable hard disk, enter the local player/HD player to find the local file. If there is a folder to prove that the external device has been detected, and the video cannot be found generally because of the video format problem or the video file is hidden;
5. If the above steps cannot solve, it is suggested to enter and restore the factory setting of MI box to confirm whether it is caused by the system problem;
6. It is suggested to apply for after-sales service on the official website or visit the maintenance outlets that support the after-sales service of Mi box.
Note:
The standard USB2.0 interface has a power supply of 500mA, while the Mi box OTG function can provide up to 800mA of current, which can meet the power supply demand of most mobile hard disks.
However, there are a large number of mobile hard disk power consumption in the market, beyond the tolerance of the MI box OTG, resulting in the mobile hard disk can not be used. It is recommended to connect the auxiliary power supply to ensure that the mobile hard disk power supply.
