Solutions:
A: It may be caused by the following two conditions:
Situation 1: An environment with a lot of devices connected to the Wi-Fi
An environment with many Wi-Fi hot spots and many devices connected to Wi-Fi, the WiFi connection between the Dashcam and the phone may be disrupted, resulting in live preview and video playback lags. Please preview or replay the video in car or home with relatively little interference from Wi-Fi.
Situation 2: Bluetooth enabled
When Bluetooth is turned on on some phones, it interferes with the Wi-Fi connection, leading to lags. If this happens, please turn off the phone's Bluetooth before connecting the Dashcam to preview or playback the video.
