Solution:
This is only applicable when the device turn on or after connecting to the TV, the screen appears black or no signal.
1. Please check whether the indicator light in front of the Mi box is always on and confirm that the Mi box has been connected to the power supply. If the indicator light is always on, the box start normally. If the indicator light is not on, the power may not be properly plugged in. Try to replug and unplug the power cord and plug or replace the socket. If the indicator light is still not on after such operations as replugging and unplugging, after-sale treatment is required.
2. Whether the TV is on the corresponding mode.
If an HDMI cable is used to connect the Mi box to the TV, the TV should select the corresponding HDMI input source.
3. Check whether the HDMI cable interface /AV cable interface of the TV is normal, and try plugging and switching again.
4. Troubleshoot HDMI cable and AV interface problems. Try to replace AV cable and HDMI cable.
5. Try to replace other display devices.
If the connection to other display devices is normal, there may be a problem with your device. It is suggested to contact the device manufacturer for testing.
If the connection to other display devices is not normal, please enter the Recovery mode to empty the data and restart. If it still fails, it is suggested to after-sale for inspection.
