Solutions：
This phenomenon indicates that the robot failed to load all modules successfully, please check:
1. Take the robot off the charging base, and then press the "Clean" button for more than 10 seconds to force it to shut down. After the indicator light goes out, try to start it again to see if it returns to normal;
2. When the light is on, poke the Reset button once, and then check whether it returns to normal;
3. When the light is on, press and hold the recharge button, and then prod the RESET button once, until it is able to hear the voice prompt "start to restore the original version", then release the recharge button, and to check if it can start properly;
4. If all the above steps fail, it is recommended to apply for after-sales inspection.
