How to do if Mi Air Purifier in the Mi Home APP always shows offline or unable to connect to WiFi?

Solution:
1. Mi Air Purifier does not support to connect to 5GWiFi. Please check the WiFi network environment.
2. Check whether enter correct SSID and password, and whether there are special characters in SSID and password. It is suggested to modify them into English or Numbers.
3. Check whether the WiFi at home needs to be certified (such as hotel, shopping mall, campus network).
4. Check whether the router at home has enabled MAC address filtering, black and white list and other networking restrictions.
5. Try to reset Mi Mi Air Purifier.
6. Change the network, or try using mobile hot spot.
7.  Apply for after-sales inspection.
