Solutions:
Usually this fault is related to the setting of the router, which needs to be checked for the following possible reasons:
1. Currently, public network or enterprise network WIIF hots pot is not supported, and WEP encryption method is not supported.
2. It is advised to change the SSID to the way of combining English and Numbers.
3. If the password is entered correctly, connect again by resetting the purifier. It is suggested to delete the saved WiFi password on the phone and re-enter the WiFi password to confirm whether the connection is correct.
4. Turn off the router's MAC address filtering, which generally disables any new devices.
5. Do not turn on the hidden SSID function, which will result in device failure.
6. Turn on automatic IP address acquisition. Any new device needs to use this feature to get the IP address.
7. Whether the router is a public router and has connected too many devices, whether the connected device has reached the maximum value of the router.
