Solutions:
1. First check whether the Dashcam is on,
2. Check whether the WIFI hot spot function of dashcam is turned on after startup,
3. If still unable to connect, restart the phone, reset the Dashcam and then restart the Dashcam,
4. If the connection has been successful before, delete the previously saved WIFI information of the dashcam and try to connect again,
5. Try to replace other mobile phones,
6. None of the above methods can solve this issue, it is possible hardware failure of the dashcam. It is suggested to apply for after-sales inspection.
