Solution:
1. Check whether it is a remote control problem, and please confirm whether other keys on the remote control are normal.
① If other keys function normally, it is suggested to apply for the remote control after sale, it may be that the power button of the remote control is broken.
② If other keys are not normal, try to check the battery level of the remote control, and cooperate with the following ideas for troubleshooting:
-- if you use the bluetooth remote control, try to re-bind it, put it near the TV and try again,
-- if you use the infrared remote control, put it within 1 meter of the position of the TV infrared receiver and then check whether the keys are out of order.
2. Through the physical button of the TV shutdown, power off and restart to attempt.
On/off buttons are available in the TV/split mainframe.
3. If the above steps are invalid, and only a single case of user visits and gives feedback, it is suggested to apply for after-sales on-site TV testing.
