App indicates that the Mi Home Security Camera is offline or unable to open.

Solution:
The App prompts that the device is offline or fails to open, indicating that the Mi Home Security Camera has been disconnected from the network. Check as follows:
1. Check whether the Mi Home Security Camera is unplugged or the power is disconnected;
2. Check whether the router works normally, whether the router is energized, and whether the Wi-Fi name and password of the router have been changed;
3. If the above steps 1 and 2 are confirmed to be correct, then:
① Check whether the Wi-Fi connected to the phone is also unable to surf the Internet. If so, it is suggested to check the working status of the router at home and the broadband situation;
② If the mobile side of the Internet is normal, may be the camera in the Wi-Fi disconnect, or may be Wi-Fi interference or through the wall caused by the weak signal, in that case the camera can be close to the Wi-Fi;
③ The phone Internet is normal, the camera is also close to the Wi-Fi route but the blue light is still flashing, try to restart the Mi Home Security Camera power;
④ The above steps operation still cannot solve, it is suggested to try to reset the camera to reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
