Troubleshooting can be listed to the following situations:
Mi Home App cannot be connected:
1. Turn on mobile phone location, Bluetooth, all permissions for Mi Home App, log out of the APP and log back in.
2. Try pressing the door lock setting key in different directions with different forces, reapply battery or use USB power and restart the door lock;
3. Check if it is a network problem, reboot the phone to turn Bluetooth back on and restart the router search;
4. If using an Apple phone to connect, check that the Mi Home App account region is local; try changing phones;
5. Ensure that the Mi Home App is the latest version before trying to connect;
Solution - change phone, change network, possible Mi Home App problem, feedback in Mi Home App.
Mi Home App connection interrupted:
1. Restart the App and reconnect;
2. Try to stay within 10m when connecting. If it is a steel door, the closed door may block certain signal, try to connect inside the house. If you still can't connect, it may be a problem with the antenna.
Solution - replace the phone, if repeatedly the phone Bluetooth can not be connected, you need to reset the power off to connect, such need to replace the panel
Mi Home App logs do not synchronize with the actual status of the door lock:
Check if the logs of the door lock are normal, if the logs of the door lock are normal, there is no problem with the door lock.
Bluetooth gateway connection to the door lock offline:
1. Remote access to the door lock plug-in will first detect whether the Bluetooth direct connection, there will be 10-20s display Bluetooth connection in progress, may be normal to obtain the status of the door lock.
2. If it keeps showing that you can't connect, try to turn off your mobile phone Bluetooth and turn it on again to see if it is normal.
Solution- check whether there is a Bluetooth gateway device near the door lock, whether the Bluetooth gateway function is on, and whether the distance between the gateway and the door lock is within a reasonable range.
