After you connect the Xiaomi Smart Band with the Mi Fitness app, you can review the Moving data including the following details:
1. The app displays the duration of time spent in active motion, which can help you understand how much time you dedicate to physical activities;
2. The app allows you to view activity data for a specific day, which can enable you to monitor improvements;
3. The app allows you to view your activity data over days, weeks, or months, including total data and average data;
4. The app displays the trends in your activity duration over time.
Friendly Tip:
For adults aged 18-64, it is suggested to aim for at least 30 minutes per day, 5 times per week of moderate activity. Alternatively, try 75 minutes a week of intense activity.
