Why can't Mi Robot Vacuum clean pure black floor tile?

The cliff sensor uses infrared sensors, so when the infrared sensor sends a beam of light to the object, if no echo is received within an appropriate distance, the robot will judge to have entered the dangerous area.If an echo can be detected, it will judge it in a safe area.

The cliff sensor of Mi Robot Vacuum uses four infrared sensors to sense the cliff area so as to avoid the principle of host falling off. Because the black floor tile material is too light-absorbing， the robot will be mistaken for a cliff and thus unable to work normally.
