Function Explanation：
OIS uses the phone's gyroscope to detect subtle movements in the camera's image. The signal is transmitted to the camera's IC to calculate the amount of offset that needs to be compensated for. The camera is driven by a voice coil motor to perform the stabilization, thus effectively eliminating the blurring of the image caused by the vibration of the camera.
