Solution:
Mi Home Security Camera can achieve two-way voice call,
1. Click the call button to enter the call mode. This operation only needs to be done once, and then can enter the call mode;
2. The call icon turns red with water ripples on the top. Two-way real-time intercom can be conducted between the phone end and the camera end;
3. During the voice call, the mute function of the mobile App terminal is turned off, as long as during the call, the phone terminal can hear the voice from the camera;
4. If the mobile phone terminal and the camera are in the same room or in close proximity, the camera terminal will produce a noise. This is a normal phenomenon;
5. When it is necessary to end the call, click to hang up, and the whole voice call process will be like two mobile phones calling;
6. During the whole process of voice call, it is necessary to ensure that the camera and the mobile phone network are in good condition. In case of intermittent, stuck and delayed calls, it is suggested to put the camera near the router;
7. For better video and phone experience, it is recommended that the upload bandwidth at home should be no less than 1Mbps (the upload bandwidth required by one camera should be no less than 1Mbps; if it is 2, the upload bandwidth should be 2Mbps).
Notes:
The upload bandwidth refers to the upline rate of broadband. The bandwidth handled by the broadband operator at ordinary times, such as 100Mbps, refers to the downlink rate. The actual upload rate shall be confirmed with the operator.
