Xiaomi’s Match the following game T&C

1. Xiaomi’s Match the following Game (“Game”) is brought to you by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi” or “we” or “our” or “us”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering and/or participating in the Game. You agree that, by participating in the Game, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

2. Participation in the Game are open to only those users of the mobile website of www.mi.com and the related mobile application (collectively “Platform”) who qualify as eligible users under the Terms of Usage of the Platform.

3. These T&Cs are in addition to Xiaomi’s User Agreement and any other terms you agree to by using the Platform.

4. Game Period: 13 January 2024 00:00 hours to 19 January 2024 23:59:59 hours

5. In order to be eligible for this Game, you must navigate to the page where the Game is being hosted. You will have to answer ALL questions correctly to qualify as a Winner

6. Participants must take part in the Game between 00:00 hours on 13 January, 2024 to 11:59:59 hours on 19 January, 2024.

7. Participants who win the Game by answering ALL questions correctly will be provided with a discount coupon (“Coupon”) or a REDMI Note 13 Series Phone(“Prize”) and winners of the Coupon or Prize, as the case maybe (“Winner(s)”) will be selected through in random by Xiaomi.

8. The Coupon shall be valid till 29 Feb 2024 and the Coupon can be redeemed on future purchases only on the Platform subject to the order value being of the minimum amount specified on the Coupon.

9. No compensation will be available once a Coupon expires. Coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. If the Coupon is not claimed within the period specified above, the Coupon will lapse.

Additional Terms:

10. To be eligible to participate in this Game, participants must fulfil ALL of the below conditions.

11. Participation in this Game is open to only those of you who:

12. can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;

13. are residing in India;

14. are registered the Platform and possess a valid Mi.com ID; and

15. possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.

16. The Coupon is non-encashable, non-extendable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.

17. If you have won the Prize Xiaomi shall validate your Mi.com ID and reach out to you following which the Prize will be delivered to you on the address provided by you. Xiaomi reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed Prizes in any manner as it deems fit. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the Winners of the Offer shall be final and binding on all participants.

18. Xiaomi shall stand fully absolved of its obligations to you upon delivering your Prize to you/your representative, as applicable, and shall not thereafter be liable in any manner to you and/or your representative in relation to the Offer.

19. If any notification by Xiaomi to a Winner is returned as undeliverable, or if the notified Winner doesn’t respond within the designated time frame, or if any required details/documents are not submitted within the required time frame, or if the Winner cannot be contacted, verified or found or if the Winner/Winner’s representative does not accept or receive the Prize during delivery or is returned undelivered, the Winner will be disqualified and Xiaomi will forfeit the concerned Winner’s Prize, and an alternative participant may be declared as Winner, time permitting.

20. All participants, including the Winner, agree that Xiaomi shall have the right to retain such information provided by them, use the information for its business/commercial purpose and make copies of the information. Each Winner grants to Xiaomi and Xiaomi’s designees the right to use the concerned Winner’s name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information, and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes or for any other reason Xiaomi sees fit, without limitation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the internet, without additional notice, consent, review or approval, and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

21. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the Winners of the Games shall be final and binding on all participants.

22. Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Game at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.

23. Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Game.

24. This Game shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

25. If for any reason the Game is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labour dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Game, Xiaomi reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game. In such a case, Xiaomi may select the potential Winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to that time. Xiaomi also reserves the right to disqualify any individual whom it deems responsible for or related to actual or attempted disruption of or interference with the Game or its intended operation. Xiaomi assumes no responsibility for any error (including user error), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, lost, failed, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Coupon. In no case will more than the stated number of Coupons be awarded. Xiaomi is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or internet service provider, computer equipment, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Xiaomi due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Game.

26. XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE GAME, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    

Mi Scratch & Win Offer T&C

1. This Mi Scratch & Win offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi” or “we” or “our”). These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) shall govern this Offer and by virtue of you participating in the Offer, it will be deemed that you have accepted these T&Cs. You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

2. The Offer shall be available on the www.mi.com mobile website and the mobile application (collectively “The Platform”).

3. You can participate in the Offer only if you: can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; are residing in India; have a valid Mi.com ID; and possess Proof of age, identity and place of residence. You acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as set out below.

4. You will receive the scratch card when you visit The Platform for the first time during the Offer Period. You can participate only once in this Offer during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of times you visit the Platform.

5. Offer Period: The Offer will be held from 00:00 hours on 13 January, 2024 to 11:59:59 hours on 19 January, 2024.

6. You permit and consent to the Mi Outlet collecting, retaining, processing and sharing the details provided by you with Xiaomi for the purpose of conducting and fulfilling this Offer. You also permit and consent to Xiaomi collecting, retaining, processing and sharing the details provided by you for the purpose of fulfilling the Offer, for providing you with the prize(s), or for any other reason related to your order, and/or to send you other promotional offers.

7. Coupons and Prizes: On visiting the Platform during the Offer Period for the first time, you will be provided with a digital scratch card. By redeeming the scratch card, you will stand a chance to win either a discount code (each a “Coupon”)

8. The Coupon shall be redeemable up to 26(th) Jan, 2024. The Coupon can only be redeemed on future purchases made on the Platform subject to the purchase being of the minimum amount as set out in the Coupon.

9. If you have won the Prize (each a “Winner”), Xiaomi shall validate your Mi.com ID and reach out to you following which the Prize will be delivered to you on the address provided by you. Xiaomi reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed Prizes in any manner as it deems fit. The decision of Xiaomi regarding the Winners of the Offer shall be final and binding on all participants.

10. Xiaomi shall stand fully absolved of its obligations to you upon delivering your Prize to you/your representative, as applicable, and shall not thereafter be liable in any manner to you and/or your representative in relation to the Offer.

11. If any attempted delivery of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if you do not respond within the designated time frame and/or do not take delivery of the Prize for any reason whatsoever, or if any required details/documents are not submitted within the required time frame, or if you cannot be contacted, verified or found, you will be disqualified from the Offer and Xiaomi will forfeit your Prize, and an alternative participant may be declared as a Winner, time and circumstances permitting.

12. Employees of Xiaomi and its affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to participate in this Offer.

13. The Prizes are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. The Prizes shall be awarded solely for the Winners’ personal and non-commercial use.

14. Standard manufacturer’s warranty shall apply to the Prizes as detailed in the warranty terms for the respective products.

15. Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.

16. Xiaomi is not responsible for: (a) any error (including printing or typographical errors) associated with the Offer; (b) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Offer; and/or (c) any other loss or damage that the customers may suffer as a result of availing this Offer

17. Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Offer.

18. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

19. XIAOMI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL XIAOMI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE OFFER, UNDER TORT, COMMON LAW OR UNDER PUBLIC POLICY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
