• How and when will I receive the cashback?

Redemption Process:

• Login to www.mi.com (Mobile App/Mobile Site/Website).

• Add eligible products to the cart.

• Proceed to checkout.

• Select Paytm wallet applicable, option on payments page

• Complete your transaction using your Paytm wallet balance.

• Customer will get a push notification post successful completion of transaction with scratch card. Customer can click on the push notification to land on the scratch card or visit the Paytm app "cashback and offers" section to find the same. The scratch card will have a validity of 7 days from the date of transaction.

• Cashback will be credited in Customer Paytm Wallet after ten (10) days of using the scratch card in order to ensure, that cancelled or returned orders are not gratified.

5. How will I know if I will get the cashback?

• Users will be able to view cashback amount eligible on the Payments checkout page during checkout

• Users will be able to view the cashback credited in the rewards “Passbook” section in the Paytm platform.

6. Where should I contact in case, I didn't receive the cashback in Paytm wallet?

• You should contact Paytm customer care from the help section on Paytm app

2. Terms & Conditions: Preliminary:

• This offer (“Offer”) is made available and sponsored by Paytm Payments Services Limited ("PPSL”) on the Platform, which Platform is owned and operated by Xiaomi. It is open to all residents of India: holding a valid Paytm account with at least minimum KYC done. If the user has not completed the KYC, or has breached their monthly wallet limit, instead of cashback, they will receive Paytm Gift Voucher which can be used by Customer for future transaction on Paytm.

• Customers who received an instant discount on purchases where the payment was made through their wallet on October 7th and October 8th will not be eligible for the cashback offers.

• By participating in the Offer, users agree to be bound by:

• The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and

• The Offer Term is applicable on the transaction made on Platform except any product which should not be incentivized as per applicable law and/or Government regulation.

• The Offer is applicable on only using Paytm wallet and not applicable on credit/debit card options inside Paytm.

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

• The Offer is applicable only once per user, Offer is applicable only for users with an active Paytm wallet account (minimum or maximum KYC).

• This Offer is only applicable on transactions made through Paytm payment option.

• The Offer is not applicable for cash-on-delivery transactions or orders converted from Cash on Delivery to Prepaid.

• In case of cancellation of your order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer.

• PPSL/Entity reserves the right to disqualify the user(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the account.

• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• Each reward will be received within 10 days of completion of the transaction on which the reward is eligible.

• All scratch cards issued from this offer will expire after seven (7) days.

• PPSL and Entity reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• Users are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by PPSL/Entity to conduct further, similar or other offers.

• The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Paytm wallet users only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Paytm user agreement. The terms of the above Offer(s), shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Paytm user agreement.

• You, the user understands that Entity may share your transactional data with Paytm for purposes of this Offer and for checking your eligibility for their products and services and by participating in this Offer, you consent to this sharing of your data for these purposes.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 30 days of purchase date. Post such date, PPSL and Entity will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.

• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.

• Under no circumstance will the Offer/cashback being offered under this Offer Terms be settled with cash in lieu by PPSL or by Entity

• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.

• PPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits not part of this arrangement offered by seller(s) on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of such seller(s) and without reference to PPSL.

• Either parties shall not be liable for any failure for any technical issues attributable to the either Parties because of which the transaction made by the user was not successful. Parties shall mutually resolve the issues pertaining to their respective breaches. Further, each party shall solely be liable to the user for wrongful acts/omissions attributable to them.

• By participating in this Offer you user agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer, standard terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of the Platform and the terms and conditions of respective seller shall be applicable on the user.

• The user shall indemnify and hold Entity and/or PPSL harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Entity and/or PPSL and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by user; (ii) violation of applicable laws by user; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the user.

• All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the user as applicable at the time of the respective Offer.

• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

• This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such a user shall be 18 years.

• Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the user makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the user will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN account on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the user will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN account arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the user, it need not be submitted again. The order of the user will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the user and the name on the PAN account.

• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
