Grand Opening of Xiaomi 2025 promotional terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the grand opening promotion (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website and the Mi Store, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).
We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from [30 September 2025].
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
1. Term
The Promotion runs from 12:00pm AEST on 30th September 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT on 31st October 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period comprises two parts:
(a) The “Pre-launch Period” from 12:00pm AEST on 30th September 2025 to 11:59am AEDT on 9th October 2025; and
(b) The “Launch Period” from 12:00pm AEDT on 10th October 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT on 31th October 2025.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Promotion you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.
Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.
Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Details of the Promotion
Xiaomi is offering four promotional offers as part of the Promotion, and participants may take up any one or more of these offers depending on whether they satisfy the relevant qualifying criteria for each particular during the Promotion Period:
1. Add-on purchase offer: To participate in the add-on purchase offer, an eligible person must during the Launch Period spend AUD59 or more in a single transaction, and Participants will be eligible to purchase selected additional products as set out below at a discounted price, subject to the other terms of this Promotion:

There are some limitations to this add-on purchase offer:
(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional products are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;
(b) a Participant may participate in the add-on purchase offer each time they complete a purchase of AUD59 or more during the Launch Period, and each time a Participant may purchase a single product in any one or more of the additional product categories A-E outlined in the table above (e.g., Product A or one product in Product D only; one each of Product B and Product E; or one of each of Product A, B, E, C(i) and D(ii)). It is not permissible to purchase multiple additional products in the same product category as part of a single transaction;
(c) the benefits offered do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;
(d) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;
(e) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Daily limited coupon offer: During the Pre-launch Period, we will release a total of 200 x $10 coupons to Mi Account holders each day. To participate and claim a coupon, eligible persons must hold a registered Mi Account and log-in to claim a coupon while coupons are available. Coupons are available on a first-come, first-served basis while daily allocations last, and each Mi Account holder can claim a maximum of one coupon during the Pre-launch Period. There are no minimum spend requirements on the $10 coupons offered as part of this offer, and only one coupon can be redeemed per purchase transaction.
3. Flash promotion with limited-time discount: At different times during the Promotion Period, we may offer for a limited time (which may be several hours or several days) special discounts or special pricing for particular products. We will publish on our Website from time to time details of the particular product, special discounts or pricing and the time period during which the offer is available, and these offers are subject to those particular details and any other terms we publish as part of those promotions. These promotions are also subject to availability of stock.
4. Double mi-points on purchases offer: During the Promotion Period, Mi Account holders will enjoy double mi-points on each and every purchase made from our Website. The Mi Point and Mi Account terms and conditions otherwise apply.
We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating processes of meeting the qualifying criteria in any way (including by using bots, automation or other techniques to claim daily coupons).
4. Privacy
We collect and handle any personal information you provide to us in relation to the Promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://www.mi.com/au/support/policy/privacy-policy].
