TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document sets out the terms and conditions for the promotion (the “Promotion”) as offered on our Website, including details of the duration, eligibility criteria and what is being offered as part of the Promotion. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Xiaomi” means Xiaomi Technology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 685 941 244).
We may update the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time, or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. This version of the terms and conditions applies from 01/11/2025/00:00am-17/11/2025/ 11:59pm(AEDT).
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Promotion. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
1. Term
The Promotion runs from 01/11/2025/00:00am-17/11/2025/ 11:59pm(AEDT) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Promotion, you must either (a) be aged 18 years or over, or (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s express permission to participate.
Each person who meets the eligibility criteria and elects to participate is a “Participant”.
Employees, contractors and persons assisting Xiaomi with the Promotion (entities and employees of entities providing services to Xiaomi in running the Promotion), as well as their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Details of the Promotion
Xiaomi is offering four promotional offers as part of the Promotion, and participants may take up any one or more of these offers depending on whether they satisfy the relevant qualifying criteria for each particular during the Promotion Period:
1. Add-on purchase offer: To participate in the add-on purchase offer, an eligible person must during the Promotion Period spend AUD59 or more in a single transaction, and Participants will be eligible to purchase Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Midnight Black or Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Glacier Silver or Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Mystic Rose (the “additional product”) at a discounted price [AUD59.9], subject to the other terms of this Promotion.
2. Gift offer: To participate in this offer, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, purchase certain products (the “Qualifying Activity”) on the Website, and Participants will be eligible to receive complimentary products (the “Gift”), the Gift is depending on the type of Qualifying Activity. The details are referring to the related information on the Website, and we may adjust it considering stock limit and other reasonable elements without prior notice.
3. Limited coupon offer: During the Promotion Period, we will release a limited-time coupons specially for the purchase of certain products, the details are:
One $200 coupon: is valid for use on the purchase of Xiaomi 15 Green 12GB+512GB or Xiaomi 15 White 12GB+512GB orXiaomi 15 Black 12GB+512GB (can be applied at checkout);
One $100 coupon: is valid for use on the purchase of Xiaomi 15T Rose Gold 12GB+512GB 、Xiaomi 15T Gray 12GB+512GB、Xiaomi 15T Black 12GB+512GB、Xiaomi 15T Rose Gold 12GB+256GB、Xiaomi 15T Gray 12GB+256GB、Xiaomi 15T Black 12GB+256GBXiaomi 15T Pro Black 12GB+512GB、Xiaomi 15T Pro Gray 12GB+512GB、Xiaomi 15T Pro Mocha Gold 12GB+512GB、Xiaomi 15T Pro Black 12GB+256GB、Xiaomi 15T Pro Mocha Gold 12GB+256GB、Xiaomi 15T Pro Gray 12GB+256GB(can be applied at checkout);
4. Flash promotion with limited-time discount: At different times during the Promotion Period, we may offer for a limited time (which may be several hours or several days) special discounts or special pricing for particular products. We will publish on our Website from time to time details of the particular product, special discounts or pricing and the time period during which the offer is available, and these offers are subject to those particular details and any other terms we publish as part of those promotions. These promotions are also subject to availability of stock.
Daily Mi Points Rewards: To participate in this offer, you can earn up to 50 Mi Points per day by clicking on the “Claim now” button on the Website. If you click on the “Claim now” button for six consecutive days you will earn a total of 350 Mi Points plus a $10 coupon. The $10 coupon can be used on purchases over $200 made on the Website, except for the purchase of [REDMI Note14 Pro+5G]. The $10 coupon will expire at the end of the Promotion Period.
There are some limitations to the four promotional offers:
(a) we may withdraw or substitute items of equal or greater value if stocks of additional product are exhausted or otherwise unavailable;
(b) a Participant may participate in the add-on purchase offer each time they complete a purchase of AUD59 or more during the Promotion Period. It is not permissible to purchase multiple additional products in the same product category as part of a single transaction;
(c) any coupon in the limited coupon offer can only be used toward the purchase price of certain products (as applicable, and as described above);
(d) the benefits offered do not apply to, and cannot be used to discount, shipping fees on an order;
(e) the benefits cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, benefits, offers, vouchers or coupons;
(f) the benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If any Participant wishes to return their purchased products of the Qualifying Activity under our change of mind returns policy, they must also return any complimentary product received as part of this Promotion as part (and subject to the requirements of our policy) of that return – the complimentary products cannot be retained where you change your mind.
We reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who undermines the integrity or fair running of the Promotion for other Participants, including by tampering with or manipulating processes of meeting the qualifying criteria in any way (including by using bots, automation or other techniques to claim coupons).
4. Privacy
