Find Digital Health and Parental Controls in Settings and click to enter
Select Parental control
Parental control function introduction, click let's do it
Select the child or adolescent account. If there is no support to add it, click Supervise Account.
Log in to the child's account on the current device and return other accounts.
Parental operation is required, click Next.
Enter the parent's Google account and click Next
Parents enter the password and click Next.
Show parental control how parental control works, enter the child's password to confirm the control, and click Next

The child side can view the restrictions set by the parents.

After logging in to the parent account on the parent device, click Digital Health and Parental Controls
The bound child information appears at the bottom of the page. Click Child Information.

You can set time limits and schedules, and customize the adjustment time.
You can set the total time of use today, or you can set the weekly.
Click App usage restrictions and select the app you want to restrict usage

You can set break times and school hours, and prohibit children from using mobile phones during these hours
Exit parental control
Click Account Settings
Click on About Supervision
