Why can't the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro receive message notifications?

Please confirm whether the message notification in the APP is turned on, and whether the sync notification is turned on or the switch of the corresponding APP is turned on. If it is turned off, the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro cannot receive the message.
Please confirm whether the Mi Fitness APP has sufficient permissions, including the permission to get notifications and the permission to run in the background, to ensure that the APP can push notifications to the band in the background.
Please check if the band is in any of the following modes:
1. Please confirm whether Notify only when worn is enabled and the band is not being worn. You can set this function in the following path: the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [Notifications and calls] >> [App notifications] >> [Notify only when worn];
2. Whether the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled;
2. Whether the Do Not Disturb synchronization is enabled and the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on the phone;
3. Whether the sleep mode is enabled or is in the sleep status.
Any of the above states will not remind the band when the message is notified.
