Why can't the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro receive incoming call notifications?
Please make sure the Mi Fitness APP has enough permissions, including the permission to get incoming calls and the permission to run in the background. Please make sure the Mi Fitness APP can push incoming calls to the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro in the background. You can refer to the following path to set: [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [Notifications and calls] >> [Incoming calls] >> [Vibration].
Please confirm whether the band is in the following modes:
1. Whether the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled;
2. Whether the Do Not Disturb synchronization is enabled and the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on the phone;
3. Whether the sleep mode is enabled.
If any of these conditions apply, the band will not receive notifications for incoming calls.
