What to do if the LDS laser sensor of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Pro is abnormal?

If the LDS laser sensor on your robot vacuum is abnormal, please refer to the following steps:
1. Restart the robot vacuum. If this does not solve the problem, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to turn it off forcefully and then turn it back on to check if the problem can be solved;
2. Check and update the firmware to the latest version in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
3. Check and clean foreign objects, hair, and debris that have entered the LDS laser sensor. Wipe the black lens on the front and side of the robot vacuum to check for wear.
If the fault persists, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
