To solve the issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. When the robot vacuum is turned off, the APP cannot connect to the robot vacuum. If it is turned off, press and hold the robot vacuum's power button to turn it on;
2. The switch of the robot vacuum's online and offline status is related to the strength of the network signal at the robot vacuum's location. If the network signal at the robot vacuum's location is weak or unstable, it will be offline. Being offline during normal operation will not affect the robot vacuum's continued cleaning. When the network signal is better, it will automatically return to the online status;
3. You can add or reset the network for the robot vacuum, and select a router network close to it to configure the network;
4. Check whether your home Wi-Fi is working properly.
