PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
3.1. In order to participate in the Activity, the Participant must be of the legal age and have the legal capacity according to the applicable regulations/law of the region/country where they participate, as well as their place of residence (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”).
3.2. Otherwise, the Organiser may disqualify the Participant at any time.
TERM
4.1. The Activity is valid from 10:00 on 11 May 2026 (UK time, 24-hour clock) until further notice, or until the relevant promotional stock lasts, whichever occurs first.
4.2. If no fixed end date is displayed on the Activity page, the Activity will remain available until withdrawn by the Organiser, until the relevant promotional stock is sold out, or until the relevant bundle offer is removed from the Activity page.
4.3. The Organiser may update, suspend, extend or terminate any bundle offer for important reasons, including stock availability, pricing errors, technical errors, compliance requirements or changes to applicable laws.
BUNDLE OFFERS
5.1. Eligible products and bundle combinations are those displayed on the Activity page and/or identified as eligible at checkout during the Activity period (the “Eligible Products”).
5.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Activity page or at checkout, the bundle combinations displayed on the Activity page are curated scenario-based recommendations intended to provide purchasing suggestions for products that may be considered together. The displayed bundle price may represent the sum of the individual promotional offer prices of the products included in the bundle, and may not include an additional bundle-specific discount.
5.3. Bundle offers may include, without limitation: (i) a reduced price when purchasing selected products together; (ii) an automatic cart discount; (iii) a free gift added to the cart; (iv) an add-on product available at a promotional price; or (v) any other promotional mechanism displayed on the Activity page.
5.4. To receive a bundle offer, Participants must add the relevant Eligible Products to their shopping cart and complete the purchase on mi.com/uk or the Mi Store App during the Activity period. Unless otherwise stated, the promotional benefit will be applied automatically at checkout.
5.5. If a voucher code is required for a specific bundle offer, the Participant must enter the valid voucher code before completing the order. Failure to enter a required voucher code before payment may result in the promotional benefit not being applied.
5.6. Bundle offers are available on a first come, first served basis and are only available while stocks last. Stock availability may vary by product, colour, model, storage variant and delivery location.
5.7. Bundle offers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, separated from the original order or applied retrospectively to orders completed before the Activity period or without the required Eligible Products.
5.8. Selected bundles may be eligible for certain additional benefits displayed on the Activity page or at checkout, including but not limited to new user coupons, student discounts, trade-in bonuses, Mi Points collection or upgrade benefits, and applicable delivery offers. Such benefits are available only for selected bundles and are subject to the specific terms, eligibility requirements, and stock availability shown on the Activity page or at checkout.
5.9. Where a bundle includes a free gift or add-on product, the free gift or add-on product is subject to availability. If the free gift or add-on product is out of stock, the Organiser may, at its discretion and where permitted by applicable law, cancel the relevant part of the order, offer an alternative product of comparable value, or provide other reasonable support.
5.10. The Organiser reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical display errors, stock display errors or checkout errors. If an error affects a Participant’s order, the Organiser may contact the Participant with the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
PRICE REDUCTIONS, FREE GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL STOCK
6.1. Any price reduction, saving amount, bundle price, free gift or add-on price shown on the Activity page is subject to the specific terms displayed for the relevant offer at the time of purchase.
6.2. The final purchase price and applicable promotional benefit will be shown before payment is completed. Participants should check the cart and checkout page carefully before placing an order.
6.3. The availability of each bundle offer may be limited by quantity. The Organiser does not guarantee that all bundle offers will remain available throughout the full Activity period.
6.4. Images, colours and product descriptions displayed in marketing materials are for reference only. The actual product, model, colour, specification and accessory package are subject to the product detail page and the final order confirmation.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1. Participants may exercise their statutory rights and any applicable return rights under the Organiser’s standard return policy, available at mi.com/uk.
7.2. If an order containing a bundle offer is cancelled, returned or refunded in whole, the Participant must return all products, gifts and accessories included in the bundle, unless otherwise agreed by the Organiser or required by applicable law.
7.3. If a Participant returns only part of a bundle order, the Organiser may adjust the refund amount to reflect the value of the retained product, free gift, add-on product or promotional benefit. The Organiser may deduct the value of any unreturned free gift or promotional benefit from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.4. If an Eligible Product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Organiser may cancel the affected order or part of the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item. Where the unavailable item affects the eligibility of the bundle, the corresponding bundle benefit may also be cancelled or adjusted.

8.1. Free shipping applies to orders over £59, unless otherwise stated on the Activity page or checkout page. For orders not meeting the free shipping threshold, delivery costs may apply.

9.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt, based on applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions. This period may be extended where reasons beyond the Organiser’s control make an extension necessary, in which case the Participant will be informed.
LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION
10.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Organiser and its affiliated or third-party service providers provide the Activity on a best-efforts basis and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In particular, the Organiser does not warrant or represent that: (i) the Activity will meet all Participant requirements or be free from errors or deficiencies; (ii) the Activity will be available at all times or without disruption, interruption or delay; (iii) any information obtained by a Participant from the Organiser or through participation in the Activity will be suitable, accurate, complete or reliable; or (iv) any deficiencies in the Activity will be fixed, corrected or remedied.

10.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Organiser’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.5. The Participant is responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation, and for any consequences of such breach, including any loss or damage incurred by the Organiser or any third party.
EXPORT CONTROL
11.1. By participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that the Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity may be subject to export control and economic sanctions laws in multiple jurisdictions.
11.2. The Participant agrees not to use any goods, services or functions provided through the Activity for prohibited end uses or restricted purposes, including but not limited to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, or other restricted activities.
11.3. The Participant agrees to comply with all applicable export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.
11.4. If the Participant’s use of the goods, services or functions provided through the Activity violates, or in the Organiser’s reasonable opinion may violate, applicable legal requirements or restrictions, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provision of all or part of the goods and services.
