1.GENERAL

1.1. The activity provided by these T&C is conducted under the name:“【Xiaomi Black Friday Pre-Heat Sales Campaign】” (hereinafter, the “Activity”)

1.2. The Activity is organised by:

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

1.4. The Activity provides a variety of promotions for Xiaomi Fan Giveback, subject to the terms and conditions specified in these T&C.

1.6. By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts:(I) these T&C of the Activity, as well as (II) the Terms and Conditions of the Organiser https://www.mi.com/uk/about/terms/ and (III) the Privacy Policy of the Organiser https://privacy.mi.com/all/languages/.

1.7. The Activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook, which may be used in connection with the Activity. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use, service, or sale and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Activity.

2.PLATFORM

2.1. This Activity is accessible through mi.com/uk and the Mi Store APP.

3.PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

3.1. In order to participate in the Activity, the Participant must be of the legal age and have the legal capacity according to the applicable regulations/law of the region/country where they participate, as well as their place of residence (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”).

3.2. Excluded from the Activity are persons cooperating with the Organiser (entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organiser in organising the Activity), employees and cooperators of the Organiser, as well as their descendants, ascendants, affinities, adoptees, members of their families and relatives (siblings, spouses, parents of spouses).

3.3. Inaccurate or erroneous data provided by the Participant will not be accepted in the Activity. The Participant must be able to prove, at the Organiser's request and within a reasonable period of time, that they are eligible to participate in the Activity prior to participation and/or at any time during the duration of the Activity. Otherwise, the Organiser may disqualify the Participant at any time.

4.TERM

The promotion is from 10:00 on 3rd Nov 2026 (GMT , 24-Hour Clock) to 23:59:59 on 18th Nov 2026 (GMT, 24-Hour Clock) or until stock lasts whichever occurs first.

5.Price reduction

You will obtain the following price reductions upon the purchase of the selected Xiaomi products as listed below. This discount will automatically be applied to your final purchase price when proceeding to the payment of the eligible products placed in your purchase cart.

7.BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

7.1. General Conditions

7.1.1. The offers described in this Section are available through mi.com/uk and the Mi Store App during their respective promotional periods. All dates refer to 2026, and all times are in GMT.

7.1.2. Participants must sign in to their Xiaomi Account to complete check-ins, receive Mi Points, exchange Mi Points for coupons or access offers linked to their account.

7.1.3. The applicable offer periods, eligible products, promotional prices and any additional purchase or redemption requirements will be displayed on the relevant Activity page before participation.

7.2. Add-on Offers for Check-in Participants

7.2.1. From 9 November to 15 November inclusive, Participants who complete the daily check-in may access offers to purchase selected add-on products at promotional prices starting from £1.99.

7.2.2. Prices vary by product. Eligible add-on products, their promotional prices, any qualifying purchase requirements and applicable purchase limits will be displayed on the relevant Activity page.

7.2.3. Add-on products are available while stocks last.

7.3. Daily Check-in Rewards

7.3.1. From 9 November to 15 November inclusive, Participants may receive Mi Points or promotional coupons by completing the daily check-in.

7.3.2. Rewards vary by day and may include Mi Points or a coupon for a selected product category. The reward available on each day will be displayed on the check-in page.

7.3.3. Coupon rewards may include 10% off selected robot vacuum cleaners, televisions, earphones, major home appliances, cooking and kitchen appliances, or outdoor products.

7.3.4. Coupons received through the daily check-in may be used from the time they are successfully claimed until 23:59:59 GMT on 18 November 2026. Any unused coupons will expire after this time.

7.3.5. The number of Mi Points available and each coupon’s eligible products, minimum spend, maximum discount, if any, and usage limits will be displayed before the relevant reward is claimed.

7.4. Double Mi Points for Selected Tasks

7.4.1. During the promotional periods displayed on the relevant Activity page, Participants who complete eligible Xiaomi Account registration or Mi Store App download tasks may receive double the standard Mi Points awarded for the relevant task.

7.4.2. “Double Mi Points” means a total reward equal to twice the standard Mi Points reward for that task.

7.4.3. Eligibility requirements, task completion requirements, reward amounts, completion limits and the timing of the award will be displayed on the relevant task page.

7.5. Exchange Mi Points for Smartphone and Tablet Coupons

7.5.1. During the promotional period displayed on the relevant Activity page, Participants may exchange Mi Points for the following coupons:

(a) 200 Mi Points for a £5 discount on a minimum qualifying spend of £25;

(b) 300 Mi Points for a £30 discount on a minimum qualifying spend of £200;

(c) 500 Mi Points for a £100 discount on a minimum qualifying spend of £699; or

(d) 1,000 Mi Points for a £300 discount on a minimum qualifying spend of £1,699.

7.5.2. Each Participant may exchange Mi Points for a maximum of one coupon under this offer.

7.5.3. These coupons are valid only for eligible smartphones and tablets. Each coupon’s eligible products, validity period and qualifying spend requirements will be displayed before the exchange is confirmed.

7.5.4. The corresponding Mi Points will be deducted from the Participant’s Xiaomi Account when the exchange is completed.

7.6. Weekend Smartphone and Tablet Offer

7.6.1. On the weekend dates specified on the relevant Activity page, Participants may receive £5 off a minimum qualifying spend of £100 on eligible smartphones and tablets.

7.6.2. The applicable dates, eligible products, qualifying spend requirements, method of claiming the discount and usage limits will be displayed on the relevant offer page before purchase.

7.6.3. The weekend discount can be combined with the tiered spend-and-save discounts set out in Section 7.7 in the same order.

7.7. Tiered Spend-and-Save Offer

7.7.1. From 3 November to 1 December inclusive, Participants may receive the following discounts on qualifying purchases:

(a) £30 off a minimum qualifying spend of £300 on eligible products across all product categories;

(b) £80 off a minimum qualifying spend of £800 on eligible smartphones and tablets only; or

(c) £100 off a minimum qualifying spend of £1,000 on eligible smartphones and tablets only.

7.7.2. For the £80 and £100 discounts, only the qualifying spend on eligible smartphones and tablets counts towards the applicable minimum spend. Purchases of products in other categories do not count towards those thresholds.

7.7.3. Eligible products, the calculation of qualifying spend, the method of applying the discount and applicable usage limits will be displayed on the relevant offer page before purchase.

7.7.4. These discounts can be combined with the weekend discount set out in Section 7.6 in the same order.

7.8. Coupon Use and Combination Restrictions

7.8.1. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons in the same order. Only one coupon may be used per order.

7.8.2. Coupons must be used within their stated validity periods and in accordance with their applicable product restrictions, minimum spend requirements and usage limits.

7.8.3. Any other permitted combination of promotional offers will be expressly stated on the relevant offer page, subject to the restrictions set out in this Section.

8.1 COMPLAINTS

8.1.1 All complaints related to the Activity can be submitted through the https://www.mi.com/uk/support

8.1.2 The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and these T&C. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organiser's control, about which the Participant will be informed.

9.LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

9.1. ORGANISER’S REPRESENTATION

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organiser and its affiliated or third-party Organisers provide the Activity on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organiser and its affiliated or third-party Organisers do not warrant or represent that:

(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;

(ii) The Activity is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;

(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organiser or as a result of Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and

(iv) That any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.

9.2. ORGANISER’S LIABILITY

Organiser is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Activity for:

(i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;

(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);

(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);

(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;

(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).

In the term that Organiser is liable for a breach of these terms, Organiser liability shall be limited to damages which Organiser must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organiser:

a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and

b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organiser’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:

(i) These Terms; and

(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.

(iii) And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organiser or any third-party may incur or suffer. Organiser will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.

10.EXPORT CONTROL

10.1 Upon participating the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that:

The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.

10.3. If Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Activity violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Activity, functions and services and supply of goods, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.

11.FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. The content of these T&C is made available to the public on the Webpage and at the Organiser's headquarters.

11.2. Participation in the Activity does not combine with other promotional actions and contests conducted by the Organiser.

11.3. These T&C are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Activity.

11.4. These T&C, interpreted and applied according to the laws of the Organiser's jurisdiction, do not exclude the applicable laws of the Participant's residence if required. Any dispute shall be settled by the court of the Organiser's jurisdiction unless the Participant's local court is appropriate.

11.5. The Organiser reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Activity in case of violation of the these T&C by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other conduct of the Participant violating good manners, jeopardizing the good name of the Organiser, its reputation or interests. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the Promotional Coupon and the Prize specified in these T&C, and in the event that they have received a Prize, they are obliged to return it.

11.6. For an important reason, the Organiser may make changes to these T&C. An important reason is in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to adjust these T&C to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these T&C and resulting in the need to amend these T&C to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these T&C or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these T&C; (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these T&C; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these T&C to current standards.

11.7. The Organiser shall inform the Participants of any change to these T&C no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these T&C,

11.8. If an applicable law, ruling or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organiser to amend these T&C within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 11.7, the notification of amendment to these T&C shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.

11.9. The amended these T&C shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Activity before the effective date of the amendment to these T&C.

11.10. An amendment to these T&C shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Activity. The change of these T&C does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these T&C.
