TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACTIVITY ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") regulate the rules for participating the activity called “MI.COM BIRTHDAY EXCLUSIVE COUPON BENEFIT” (hereinafter, the "Activity") which is organized by:

2. Start date
The Activity will start at 10:00 am on 1st October 2023 (hereinafter, the ”Start Date”), and will end at 23:59 pm on 31st December 2025.
3. Territory
This Activity is valid in the Territory of United Kingdom (hereinafter, the “Territory”).
4. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY
1. The birthday exclusive coupons are only for the registered users of mi.com/uk (hereinafter, the “Participant(s)” or “You”).
2. If you want to get mi.com birthday exclusive coupons, you need to complete the registration on mi.com/uk and fill in your birthday information in your mi.com account.
3. You can decide at your sole discretion whether to fill in your birthday information in your mi.com account. If you do not fill in your birthday information, we will not be able to send the birthday exclusive coupon to you.
4. When you fill in your birthday information in your account, please check it carefully, once your birthday information is submitted on mi.com/uk, it may not be easily modified by yourself.
5. The path to fill in your birthday information is as follows:

6. In order to participate in the Activity, you must have the legal age of the Territory and have the legal capacity according to the applicable law of your place of residence.
5. Description and using rules about the Birthday exclusive coupon
1. The birthday exclusive coupon is a ten percent (10%) discount coupon and can be used to buy any product on mi.com/uk. (Excluding new products).
2. The use of the coupon allocated as per the present Terms is subject to a minimum purchase amount of hundred GBP (100£）when using the birthday exclusive coupon. The ten percent (10%) discount amount is only to the amount due for products, the shipping fee will not be covered by this discount coupon.
3. The birthday exclusive coupon will only be issued once per person per calendar year. It will be valid during your birthday month and sent to you at the first day of the month in your birthday month.
4. If the user has a birthday in the same month and fills in the birthday information in that month (including the 1st of the month), then the birthday voucher will not be sent in that month.
[Example]:
• If User A's birthday is 6th, April, the coupon will be sent to User A's account on 1st, April, and the coupon will be valid from 1st. April to 30th. April.
• User A's birthday is 6th, April, If User A fills in the birthday information on or after 1st April, User A will not receive a birthday voucher for that month and will be eligible in the following year; if User A fill in the birthday information on 31 March, User A will receive a birthday voucher on 1 April.
5. The discount coupon described in section 5.1 above cannot be used in combination with other coupons. It can only be used once (e.g. if you purchase a product and use the coupon and then return the product, the coupon is void and only the actual amount paid will be refunded). The coupon is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.

7. You can decide whether to use the birthday exclusive coupon at your own discretion.
6. Issuance notice of the Birthday exclusive coupon
1. After the birthday exclusive coupon is issued to your mi.com account, you will be notified via a Mi Store App push message.
2. Please make sure that the Mi Store App has been installed in your mobile phone and the push message notification reminder has not been turned off. In case push notification are disabled, you can still find the coupon in your Mi Account at the end of the month prior to the month of your birthday. The path to find the coupon is as follows:

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY’S TERMS
By participating in the Activity, you are hereby accepting (i) the present Terms as well as (ii) Xiaomi’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of mi.com/uk which can be consulted on mi.com/uk websites.
9. PERSONAL DATA
1. We take your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to keeping your personal information well safe and secure. We undertake to protect your personal information in accordance with all our privacy policies and the applicable laws.
2. For the present Activity, we will act as data controller and we will collect your birthday information with your full consent.
3. Before participating in this Activity, please read the present Terms and our Privacy Policy https://www.mi.com/uk/about/privacy/ carefully. When you decide to participate in this Activity, it means that you agree to provide your birthday information to us and accept the present Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. Your birthday information will only be used to issue the birthday exclusive coupons to you. We will carefully protect your birthday information and it will not be used for any other purposes. Your birthday information will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee you with the exercise of your rights and actions in relation to the Activity.

10. MISCELLANEOUS
1. The present Terms will be published on mi.com/uk and in any other way it deems appropriate to inform you.
2. We will interpret and explain the terms and conditions of this Activity in accordance with the law of United Kingdom.
3. You acknowledge that the general terms and conditions on mi.com/uk still apply. In the event of any conflict between the present Terms and the general terms described on mi.com/uk, the present Terms shall prevail.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to (partially) modify or cancel the Activity for technical, operational or commercial reasons, in which case the Organizer will publish this modification together with the Terms on mi.com. Modification or cancellation have no effect on already issued coupons.
