The Redmi Note 11 can’t be turned on

If your Redmi Note 11 cannot be turned on, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Ensure that your phone has sufficient battery power by pressing the power button for a few seconds and see if there is enough battery power. If the battery power is over 4%, the smartphone can be powered on;
2. If the battery power is too low, charge the smartphone for at least 15-30 minutes and see if you can turn on the smartphone;
3. To rule out the charging cable issue, charge the smartphone with another charging cable and original charger;
4. Check if the charging port on the smartphone is clean. If not, please clean up the charging port and see if the issue still persists;
5. Over-discharging may cause permanent damage to the battery. If the smartphone is over-discharged or not charged for a long time, it may cause charging failure. In this case, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard;
6. Perform a forced restart by holding down the power button for about 10-15 seconds and see if the phone restarts.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you out!
