If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 prompts that the clean water tank is abnormal, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the clean water tank and check whether the floater and floater magnet at the bottom are in place. If they are missing, please contact the after-sales service center.
2. When the clean water tank water level is insufficient to complete the task, an error will be prompted. Resume operation after adding sufficient clean water.
3. Reinstall the clean water tank and press it gently.
4. If the water tank has water but still reports an error, unplug the omni station power, wait 1 minute, plug it back in, and try again.
5. If the robot vacuum falsely reports a clean water tank error, please manually help reset the floater. If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service center. The device will report low water in the clean water tank when approximately 500 ml or less remains. This notifies you to add water in advance to avoid running out of water during subsequent cleaning. If the clean water tank is full but still reports low water, please check whether the floater has floated or fallen off.
6. If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
