1. Make sure the omni station is powered on, and during dust collection, ensure the disposable bag is properly installed.
2. Check whether the disposable bag is full. If full, replace it and try again.
3. Check whether the dust collection openings on the robot vacuum and omni station, as well as the dust compartment outlet, are blocked. Clean any foreign objects before use.
4. In the Xiaomi Home App, check if [Automatic dust collection] is turned off. If it is, turn it on and try again.
5. Clean the charging contacts. Wipe the charging contacts with a dry paper towel to prevent dirt from affecting signal transmission.
6. If the problem still cannot be resolved, please contact the after-sales service center for professional inspection.
