What to do if the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro makes noise during operation?

Some sounds during the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro operation are normal, while others may indicate an issue. Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If water is accidentally poured into the air outlet during refilling, it may land on the fan blades. When the device is turned on, a rustling sound may be heard. The sound will disappear after 1 to 2 minutes of operation.
2. When the humidifier is operating, the water pump draws water from the water tank to the humidifier filter. During this process, water flows through the system, producing a subtle water flow sound, which is normal.
3. Place the device on a stable, level surface and ensure it does not come into contact with walls, furniture, or other objects during operation; close proximity to such items could cause resonance or obstruct airflow, resulting in noise.
4. Check whether the water tank is properly installed and securely in place. Make sure the water tank does not shake or move during operation.
5. Check whether the filter is correctly installed and whether there are any foreign objects, excessive scale, or other abnormalities that can cause unusual sounds during operation.
6. Check whether the air inlet and air outlet are blocked by dust or foreign objects. If necessary, clean the air inlet and air outlet before restarting the device.
7. Switch to a different operating mode and lower the fan level to check whether the noise decreases.
8. If the device continues to make an abnormal noise after the above checks, please contact after-sales service for further inspection.
