What to do if the air-drying time of the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro is too long?

The Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro uses a non-submerged filter air-drying technology. The device automatically performs filter air drying before shutdown to reduce bacterial growth, mold, and odor issues. To ensure effective air drying, the device will continue air drying for 4 hours after shutdown. The Air dry mode can also be manually canceled to end the process.
If the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro does not stop air drying after the expected time, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether Air dry mode has been manually enabled. If so, press the Mode button once to cancel Air dry mode and check whether the process ends normally.
2. Check whether the humidifier filter is correctly installed and whether there is excessive water remaining in the water tank. Empty any remaining water before starting the air-drying process again.
3. Disconnect and reconnect the power supply, then check whether the device can exit the air-drying process normally.
4. If the device continues air drying after the above checks, please contact your local after-sales service center for further assistance.
