The bristles of the 2-in-1 crevice brush on the Mijia Vacuum Cleaner 4 Pro are made of a special material with good self-recovery properties. Minor bending from normal use or storage is not a defect and can be easily corrected.
If the bristles have become deformed, follow these steps to restore them:
1. Allow the brush head to rest in a normal position for a period of time. The bristles gradually return to their original shape due to the material's self-recovery properties.
2. Comb the bristles gently with a fine-tooth comb while running warm water over them. The warm water softens the bristle material and helps restore the original alignment.
3. Check whether the brush head has been exposed to chemical solvents, high-temperature baking, or harsh washing and scrubbing. These conditions can cause permanent deformation that self-recovery cannot fix.
4. Inspect the bristles for signs of long-term aging, such as brittleness, splitting, or permanent curling. Severely aged bristles lose their cleaning effectiveness and require replacement.
5. Do not use hot water or chemical cleaning agents on the bristles, as these can damage the special material and cause permanent deformation. Do not soak the entire brush head in water for extended periods.
6. If the bristles are severely deformed and do not recover after following these steps, or if they show signs of cracking or breakage, contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
