What to do if the voice assistant on the Xiaomi Watch 5 reports an error?

If the voice assistant on the Xiaomi Watch 5 reports an error, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Try to check the connection between the watch and the phone and ensure they are paired. Open watch settings and use Find my phone to test. If the phone rings, the connection is normal.
2. Please ensure Bluetooth and network connections are stable. Keep the watch and phone close to each other, and make sure the network is working properly. It is recommended to connect the watch directly to Wi-Fi.
3. Check whether the phone and watch are logged in to the same Google account. If the accounts do not match, the Google Assistant can not function correctly.
4. You can try to clear the Google Assistant cache on the phone, then restart both the phone and the watch and test again.
5. If the issue persists, clear the Google Assistant cache on the watch ([Settings] >> [Apps & notifications] >> [App storage] >> [Google Digital Assistant] >> [Clear cache]).
6. You can reset the watch to factory settings and try again.
