If there is no prompt tone when you press the button of the Xiaomi Tag, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the front cover of the Xiaomi Tag (the side with the Xiaomi logo) to check if the battery is inserted.
2. Check if the battery has sufficient charge. Try replacing it with a fully charged battery.
3. Check if the Xiaomi Tag battery is installed correctly. Remove and reinstall the battery, then try connecting it to the phone again (check by ensuring the battery's positive terminal faces outwards).
4. Remove the battery, wait 15 seconds, then reinsert it. Within 3 minutes, press and hold the Xiaomi Tag button for 15 seconds to reset.
