Why did the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit update fail?
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit update process requires connection to the phone and a constant internet connection. Network fluctuations during the update process can cause the update to fail. Additionally, you need to ensure that both the phone and the grip have sufficient power. Please tap [Update] again on the Camera grip interface.
If the update of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit still fails, please refer to the following methods:
1. Disconnect the grip and reconnect the phone after 3 minutes.
2. If the grip connection pop-up does not appear on the phone after 30 seconds, disconnect the grip and wait 10 seconds before reconnecting the phone. You can repeat this process until the grip connection pop-up appears on the phone.
3. If there is still no response, please try charging the grip before connecting to your phone.
