If the sound is too low when using the REDMI Buds 8 Pro, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. It's possible that the earphone size doesn't fit your ear canal. Please choose ear tips that fit your ear canal size to minimize sound leakage from earphones.
2. Confirm that your phone has enabled the "Absolute volume" function in its Bluetooth audio settings (taking Xiaomi phones as an example). Once enabled, the volume of the Bluetooth device and the device itself will be strictly synchronized. This function can be turned on or off when no media is playing in the background.
3. We suggest you try a different audio source.
4. Please check if the sound from the device you connected is inherently very low.
5. After resetting the earphones, pair them with your phone again to check if the problem is resolved.
6. If all of the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
