What to do if there is no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Pro for music?

If there is no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Pro for music, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the phone's volume is too low. If the volume is normal, go to "Bluetooth settings," tap the paired earphones, and make sure "Phone calls" and "Media audio" are enabled. If they are already enabled, please disconnect and reconnect.
2. During use, the earbuds need to maintain audio synchronization between both ears. When there is relatively much interference in the surrounding environment, the audio link may fail to synchronize, resulting in no sound.
3. Check if your phone has automatically connected to other Bluetooth earphones or devices, causing the currently used earphones to have no audio source.
4. If the earbuds are connected to two devices simultaneously, audio channels can be occupied. Disconnect the other device and try again.
5. If the firmware is outdated, it can cause system bugs affecting music. You can update the earbuds to the latest firmware.
6. If a silent problem occurs, try putting the earbuds back into the charging case and closing it. Wait 60 seconds, then open the case and reconnect to your phone. After the Bluetooth connection is re-established, check if the music is playing again.
7. After resetting the earphones, pair them with your phone again to check if the problem is resolved.
8. If all of the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
