1. The device will automatically shut down when the battery is low. Ensure that both the charging case and earphones have sufficient power. Fully charge them using the official charger or charging case.
2. When the earphones are in the charging case with the lid closed, they will turn off.
3. If the Bluetooth connection between the earphones and the phone is unstable or the earphones go out of the device's Bluetooth range, the earphones will attempt to reconnect. If the connection fails, the earphones will automatically turn off after a period of time. Please try reconnecting the earphones.
4. If the earphones have a firmware bug, they can turn off automatically. Please ensure that both the earphones' firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App are updated to the latest version.
